I am obsessive about researching my novels – probably a lot more obsessive than I need to be! As well as spending time in libraries, museums, on the internet and on the phone, I travel extensively to try to get a real feel for the places I am describing. Over the years I have built up quite a collection of photos, and in this section I thought I would share a few of them. If you’ve read my novels, you might see a few places you recognize.
